We Need Your Vote!!

We had a pumpkin carving night with our friends Tim, Jenny, and Elin. There was a lot of hype leading up to the big event and boy did it deliver. We had a little contest to see who could carve the best pumpkin, and then realized we had no one to judge. So, here's your chance. Even if you are not a regular "commenter", please take just 2 seconds and tell us which pumpkin you think is best. I know, Jack's and Elin's are the best, but other than theirs. Tim said a big prize is in store. So let's get out the vote!
Pumpkin #1

Pumpkin #2

Pumpkin #3

Pumpkin #4

Man, y'all got crafty! I think #2 is rather unusual. It gets my vote.

No.3 is a little freaky. I'm gonna have to go with 4.

Hey Ang, I like #3

No. 3 is a little freaky with the unibrow thing going on. No. 1 has a Jack Nicholson grin that's scaring me.
Can I vote for 2 & 4?

Em and I vote for #2 and #4.

I vote for #3 because I'm a traditionalist. :) If you want the non-traditional, though, #2 definitely gets my vote! Good luck!

I will have to go for Pumpkin #2. Whoever did this one managed to get the little legs, details of the beak and nice curved body of the bird without their knife veering of course like mine does. Why does it sound like I just did a critique of a piece of art?

I also like #2. But I also like #4...

I vote for pumpkin #3.

Hummm...I wish that I was as talented as you all. I vote #3

I love 2 & 4, but I'm a traditionalist when it comes to pumpkins, so I have to say #3 is the winner.

It was really hard to pick just one, but my vote is for #3. I think #2 is really great, but I went with the Halloween theme.

I have to say that Pumpkin #2 spoke to my aesthetic being. And Big Mama, you spell it "goatee," like all our goats!

I agree with Millertime that #1 and #3 are the best "Halloween" pumpkins, but disagree that #3 is the best. And I'm wondering why Hogans5 would vote for an "Easter" pumpkin when it's Halloween. And why aren't ALL MY VOTES POSTED?!?!?!?!? Isn't this like American Idol and American politics where you can just keep voting . . . . #1 - no contest.

Oooh.... tough one. I think I Iike #1 the best.

Justin likes number 3 because it looks like a pumkin is supposed to look. I like number 2 because it is just too darn cute!

For traditional pumkin looks, we give #3 a thumbs up. However, for creativity and overall cuteness we give #2, two thumbs up!

I like them all, but if I had to choose, it would be #1 for a "Halloween" pumpkin, and I always love flowers, so #4 would by my 2nd choice :) They are all very creative though!

Being the only licensed pumpkin judger(LPJ) voting, my vote counts as 50 unlicensed pumpkin judger votes (See page 13 of the International Pumpkin Judger Assocation (IPJA) Handbook, 2nd Ed.). With my fifty votes, I choose #4. Under authority of the IPJA, I also hereby close judging and award first place to #4. Congratulations #4 carver.

On an unrelated note--Angie, I accept cash or cookies.
