Just a reminder
Jack wanted to remind me this morning that before I eat my muffin, I must remember to take off the coffee filter. :)

Took me a minute to get that - and now I can't stop laughing out loud.
I'm trying not to count the days - it makes time go slower!
He is very smart! Muffin wrappers are about the same density/thickness as coffee filters. I love reading the things he says!
Now I know what to use when I want to bake a GINORMOUS muffin!! Thanks, Jack. :)
